Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from all interested students. Studying at tertiary level is challenging: success requires dedication, perseverance, commitment to study and good time-management skills.

The College has an open entry policy. Approximately 40 places are available each year. Applicants should have good communication skills in English. Where English is a second language students must meet the Academic IELTS overall band standard of 6.0 or its equivalent.

Australian students are accepted in the College but must have resided in NZ for 2 years to be eligible for student allowances. They may be eligible for Student Loans.

International students are accepted as fulltime students.
Please click here to view more information about enrolment for international students.

  ENROLMENT

Each semester, applicants must complete an Enrolment Form, supply the required documentation, and pay the registration fee. Click here to download the enrolment form in PDF format.

To complete enrolment, the balance of fees must be paid by the due date.

Preference will be given to full-time students and to applicants in order of the date of receipt of their enrolment application.

The Board of Trustees of the College reserves the right to refuse admission to an applicant where it considers they are not suitable.

SPCNT reserves the right to cancel classes if the minimum number of enrolments is not met.
